Emperor Itoku, also known as Oho Yamatohiko Sukitomo no Mikoto, was the fourth Emperor of Japan, being born in 553 BCE to Emperor Annei. According to the Nihon shoki, it is stated that he rose to power in 510 BCE and proceeded to reign for another thirty-four years until his eventual death in 477 BCE. However, his existence is heavily speculated by historians due to the fact that there is very little historical information written about him.
